The Opportunity
Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and impactful role? As our Contract Manager within our Asphalt businessyou'll play a central part in overseeing essential projects that keep us at the forefront of the construction materials industry.
- Youll take charge of delivering essential projects within Highways and Local Authority frameworks, ensuring theyre completed smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
- Working closely with clients, youll foster strong partnerships, finding innovative ways to improve processes and create real value for everyone involved.
- Safety will always be a priorityyoull create an environment where its second nature for everyone on site.
- Youll guide and support your team, helping them grow their skills and stay motivated to deliver their best work.
- Youll lead by example, setting the standard for quality, compliance, and professionalism in everything you do.
- Youll work with clients to identify future opportunities, laying the groundwork for new projects and continued success.
Who you are
- You bring hands-on experience in contract management, ideally within surfacing,construction or a related industry.
- Youre organised, detail-oriented, and thrive on planning and problem-solving.
- Your leadership skills shine when motivating a team, and you have a natural flair for building strong relationships with clients and partners alike.
